"All the staff has been amazing and everyone was so patient, calm and knowledgeable. I cannot rate them high enough. Massive shout out to Virginia who stitched up my dog and Emily who was in charge of our after care. Two vets who I could not speak more highly of. Virginia was so lovely when we had to pick up Chanel after her surgery and Emily who has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you both so much"
"They saved my dog life after she got attacked by another dog! I’m so grateful for everyone that works there! Thank you ❤️"
"Being a first time customer, I was instantly impressed with the reviews that I read prior to making my appointment. This all changed when I bought in my beagle who had a large abscess under her chin. As any fur parent would be, I was already anxious about making sure she was okay. I was attended to by Virginia, one of the vets here. She was 25 minutes late to the appointment which I completely understand, however an apology would have gone a long way. Upon entering the consult room, she did not introduce herself, and jumped straight in to asking me questions about my fur baby. She spoke to my dog like I wasn’t in the room, and when she did speak to me, her tone was cold, condescending, and rude. Every other vet I have ever seen, has always been warm and compassionate, which was a stark contrast to what I endured. Once the consult was over and it was determined that my dog would be having surgery that day, I followed the vet out of the room, being unsure as to whether to follow her or not. She abruptly turned around and said that I would be contacted when my dog was out of surgery. I left the clinic in tears, obviously already being stressed and anxious about my poor pup, and this was not in the slightest bit, the level of compassion and customer service I was expecting. Everyone else I dealt with in the clinic were absolutely lovely, which is the reason why I’m giving two stars instead of 0. Not usually one to leave a google review, but after this experience, I felt it was justified."
"I rarely leave reviews, but this is 100% appropriate. This is the only vet clinic I feel confident that my cat is getting the best care. I’ve taken him to many different vets and never felt satisfied that my pet was in their best interest — until I discovered Caroline Springs Vet Clinic. One experience with them I will never forget is when my cat developed a urinary blockage, which is fatal if untreated. I had scheduled a booking, but they considered it an emergency and managed to squeeze me in ASAP. There, vet Ebony reassured me and explained to me my options, doing everything she could to comfort and relieve my cat. She managed to clear the blockage with the assistance of another nurse and we were able to go home with a supply of medication and he recovered! Ebony then called me after hours to check-up on my cat, which is so rare and kind. On another occasion I unfortunately had to visit another clinic as they were booked (understandably, they’re a fantastic clinic) and the receptionist (Amanda I believe?) called me at closing to see if I’d managed to find another clinic and ask how my cat Monkey was doing. That’s absolutely amazing and made me emotional. I’m so thankful to all the staff."
