"I cannot express just how utterly disappointing and frustrating our recent stay at this Airbnb was. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering booking here to steer clear unless you enjoy being treated like a cash cow and having your basic needs utterly ignored. First and foremost, the management's claim of offering a call-out service in case of being locked out is nothing short of an outright lie. When we found ourselves locked out of our room, we tried calling and messaging the provided contact numbers. Guess what? No response. Not a peep. My pregnant partner and I were left stranded without medication or any of our belongings, and desperate for a solution. In our desperate attempt to get back into the accommodation we paid for, we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation for the night. And guess what? That cost us a pretty penny. So not only did we pay for a stay that we couldn't even access, we also had to pay for a completely separate place just to have a roof over our heads. The icing on the cake is the abhorrent behavior of the so-called "manager" Dean. Not only did he fail to provide the service that is clearly advertised on the air BnB page, but when we reached out to express our frustration in hopes of some form of accountability, he was shockingly argumentative and defensive. Dean refused to accept any responsibility for the situation, completely ignoring the fact that we were left high and dry without any assistance. In conclusion, this Airbnb experience was an unmitigated disaster. The management's false advertising, lack of responsiveness, and complete disregard for their guests' well-being is absolutely unforgivable. I strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere for accommodations and spare themselves the stress, frustration, and financial burden that we had the misfortune of enduring. This place doesn't deserve your business, and the management doesn't deserve to be in the hospitality industry if this is how they treat their customers."

"Actually zero stars!! Be aware that when booking with stay with style they can cancel your booking with only 2 hours notice before check in time. This happened to us recently on a trip to Melbourne with friends. 2 mums with 2 daughters who drove 10 hours in one day to get to Melbourne only to have no accommodation to go to :( The excuse was that the cleaners had lost the keys & couldn't get in - a locksmith was apparently out of the question for the owners??? No alternative accommodation was offered!!! We had booked for 5 nights over a holiday period as well, so finding alternative accommodation became very stressful and expensive! We did receive a full refund for accommodation however, it was not received for 2 business days which was also distressing. Trying to find out of budget monies to fund alternative accommodation & parking, as we were supposed to have parking as part of our booking. Be also aware that Stay with Style have deleted a review from their own website giving only 1 star from 2 other parties for the same reason. Telling everyone I know not to book with these people! You can't delete word of mouth!"

"Stayed in a little stand alone unit in ST Kilda and thoroughly enjoyed it. Modern and clean, with public transport, grocery store, beach, restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. Set back from the street side made this place a quiet little haven in a happening part of Melbourne."

"I recently booked a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Port Melbourne for a family friend who was coming to stay in Melbourne for a week. Not only was it lovely and clean upon his arrival, the heating was on and milk was in the fridge! Wow.. Now that's service. The location was perfect too as he was close to the beach and walking distance to the Bay St shops. Although a work trip, he felt like he was on holiday with all the amenities. Thank you Stay With Style for a lovely experience. Highly recommend."
