"Food - cold, even after asking for it to be fresh made, even the fries. Service - Terrible, they are like most McDonald's, run by kids with a manager that doesn't care. Atmosphere - kids playground which like every playground kids love. The rest of the restaurant wasn't well cleaned which I understand is partial to the grubs that didn't clean up after themselves but also the restaurant to have staff keeping the restaurant clean and not giggling with their friends behind the counter. Unfortunately this review would be similar for all McDonald's restaurants."

"Wow guys what a lovely clean male toilet you have. When you mop the walls, be sure to mop everything including the dried up split and snot in the cubicle. Pretty disgusting in fact I didn't even order any food as I wanted to eat somewhere clean. I rarely eat at McDonald's and I definitely won't come back here, YUCK! P.s. after looking at other reviews, I noticed that McDonald's have not replied to one of them. Goes to show what you think of your customers. Piss poor form."

"Macca's is always great for a quick bite to eat, however, on this occassion - they let the brand down badly. We ordered 2 x pancake breakfast meals and 1 x bacon and egg mcmuffin meal. No butter or syrip came with either pancake meals, we had to go and ask. They also gave us FIVE drinks instead of the one we ordered. And, the coffees for the other two meals took 10 minutes to arrive and were warm, not hot. Don't know what was happening behind the scenes, but the service appeared to be in a shambles."

"This McDonald's is conveniently located on Mulgoa Rd, Penrith at the turn off to Penrith Leagues Club. Was in the area around lunch time and wanted to grab a quick meal before visiting some shops in the area. Without having to battle a shopping centre for a food outlet ~ this McDonald's has good access off the main road at the traffic lights enabling an exit out heading north or south. The traffic on Mulgoa road always moves pretty well so you won't be in a jamb to get in or out. Plenty of on site parking. Again the ordering interface on the self serve inside the McDonald's store's need to be reprogrammed by their tech-heads ~ A lot faster to order at the counter ~ grab a number ~ and sit. It's good the see how promptly the staff can get the order to the tables ~ HOT! Well done. But just make sure what you order is up to spec ~ if not, take it back to the counter. Legit mistakes are often made but will be corrected usually quite easily. Generally all McDonald's Restaurant Standards are much higher these days and it's good to see. The fries I initially got were only 3/4 cup full ~ took it back & got the proper [hot] amount ~ no probs there. The staff are friendly and the this restaurant was well presented in all observable areas. Will visit again when next in the area.."
