After the tenants had left Marissa helped deal with a number of serious maintenance issues. Which then meant I had a house that was exceptionally attractive to a number of prospective tenants. This is what any owner needs to ensure their property is rented. Subsequently the management was handed over to Alisha whose service has been outstanding.
