"I have in fact used your kennel I only gave a rating, I did not want to write my review because I did not want to put your business in a bad position but since you’ve written back in a rude manner that check it back and you’ll find my dog SPENNY from 2020. My mother booked for my Dog Spenny a few years ago. Spenny came home traumatised and had lost weight from the days she stayed there. She refused to eat for days when she came home and was scared of everything! So I hope your services have improved because dogs deserve better."

"Our girl Bella stayed 5 days. She had never been in a kennel before. Bob accepted my check in phone calls each day which reassured me Bella was doing well. We will be booking her again in March for a longer stay. Highly recommend this kennel."

"Our puppy was there for 5 nights and 6 days and she had lost weight and didn’t seem to have been taken care off very well. She had mud stuck all over her and owner was rude on our arrival to pick her up. He made us wait for 7 minutes or so and when I gave his office a ring, he came outside asking us in a very rude voice “couldn’t you wait?!” The price is reasonable and the location is nice but the customer service and the actual handling of our beloved animals is extremely poor. This was from our experience and we won’t be dropping off our staffy there again, wouldn’t recommend this service personally."

"I recently boarded my dog at this place for about 10 days while I was on vacation. When I picked up my dog first thing I noticed was that he had little but not a lot of scabs over his body. The first day I picked him up he was severely itchy and was irritated, he was also less active and not his usual self. My dog has never stayed overnight at any other place other than my home so this was his first time. I took him to the vet for his “scabs” since they began looking like mange, and it turned out that he has severe infections all over his body and bad skin irritation. My vet nurse told me that it was due to the environment he was exposed in the past few days. I’m not saying that he developed these skin irritation from this place but he certainly did not have any health issues before I dropped him off at the kennel, he was completely healthy with no issues with his skin. I called up this place and they couldn’t help me with my dogs conditon and told me that there’s no proof that it happened at their kennel which is understandable but he denied he noticed anything at all including the constant itching my dog was doing. It’s not coincidental that he suddenly got these skin infection from the environment he was staying in. I wouldn’t recommend dropping off your dog here unless you check out the place completely. Very disappointed."
