Welcome to SmallPaws Pet Hotel, located in Duffys Forest, Australia. Our establishment is not only a point of interest but also provides top-notch veterinary care for your furry friends.

At SmallPaws Pet Hotel, we understand that leaving your beloved pets in someone else's care can be a daunting task. That's why we strive to provide the very best care for your pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay with us.

We offer site tours by appointment only, giving you the opportunity to see firsthand the exceptional facilities and services we provide. These tours are available Monday to Saturday, between 11.00am and 12.00pm during school term.

We are thrilled to announce that we now offer our own Pet Taxi service, starting from February 1st, 2023. This service runs Monday to Friday and covers selected suburbs on the Northern Beaches. Rest assured, we have plans to expand our covered areas in the near future, making it even more convenient for you to avail of our services.

To ensure the best possible care for your pets, we kindly request your assistance in notifying us of any illness or injury suffered by your pet. This includes conditions such as HIV, Kidney disease, liver disease, Cat flu, Canine cough, FIV, allergies, and special dietary requirements. Some pets, especially cats, may experience weight loss or changes in eating habits due to stress. We take all necessary measures to address these concerns and ensure your pet's well-being.

Our dedicated team is qualified to administer medications (excluding injections) between 7.30am and 4.00pm, seven days a week. If your pet requires twice-daily medication, we kindly ask that you confirm with your pet's veterinarian if the medication schedule aligns with our operating hours.

In the unlikely event that your pet requires veterinary attention, we have arrangements in place to transport them to the nearby Terrey Hills Animal Hospital or, after hours, to Northside Emergency Veterinary Service at Mona Vale Rd, Terrey Hills. Rest assured, your pet's health and safety are our top priorities.

For bookings during the off-peak season, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit to be paid within 24 hours via Bank Transfer or Credit Card to confirm your reservation. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified time frame will result in the booking not being made active. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you an automated confirmation email.

In the event of off-peak booking cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if you cancel with more than 7 days' notice, the $100 deposit will be retained as a credit valid for 12 months from the start date of your booking.

For peak season bookings, which include NSW private or public school holiday periods and all long weekends, full payment must be made within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Please note that once full payment has been made, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or changes, unless there are travel restrictions imposed by the Australian Federal Government due to Covid-19. In such cases, the monies will be retained, and a credit will be given for the equal dollar amount, valid for 12 months from the issued date.

Similarly, for peak season bookings, there will be no refunds or credits issued for early check-outs or shortening of stays, unless travel restrictions are imposed by the Australian Federal Government due to Covid-19. In these circumstances, a credit will be given for an equal dollar amount, valid for 12 months from the issued date.

By accepting our agreement, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and your furry companions at SmallPaws Pet Hotel.
