"I have to commend the male greengrocer. I apologise he told me his name and I forgot. He is an absolute delight and provides real customer service. A man aged I would say in his 40s, was on duty today. Every time I see him he says good morning, asks if I need assistance, polite, professional, responsive to customers. An absolute delight, always a kind hearted man. Gosh I hope you pay him well or someone else will snap him up!! I wish all customer service was like this man."

"I was standing at the cigarette counter waiting while the woolworths employee Jared was serving another customer, then after he walked straight towards me and got the customers smokes. He completely ignored me after the customer left and just stood there as if I didn't exist until an older couple walked up and he walked off (out of the service area) to help them. You need more customer friendly staff."
