"Once inside the store is spacious and generally good range of products. Bad carpark design has main exit where shoppers exit store with trolleys and have to negotiate speed bumps plus turning vehicles. Redesigned with more self service checkouts with long queues to fewer assisted checkouts."

"Used to be my go to supermarket, even though there were others closer. Place has declined greatly in the past 3 years. General locations of a fair bit of the stock doesn’t seem to follow the usual layout of most Coles supermarkets any more, with many things placed in illogical locations. And it’s a 50/50 as to whether the staff member you get will be nice or rude. The most frustrating thing is rocking up to the supermarket at 11.30pm on a weeknight and finding it closed, despite being advertised as being open until midnight. Once or twice is understandable, especially for certain issues such as staff shortages or public holidays but this happened many times in the past before I stopped going here. And staff shortages clearly wasn’t the issue. Having seen how many of the staff are talked to by the boss/team leader in the evenings, I can understand why customer service has been dropping off. Reprimanding staff in the aisles is probably not the best place to be doing it…. Better to go elsewhere unless it’s a last resort or emergency…"
"If I could give less stars I would. Tonight, I Arrived at 11.57pm, 3 minutes until stated closing time at 12am and a lady with glasses and younger looking man, also with glasses, refused to let me in to purchase 1 simple bunch of flower. These flowers were for a close family friend that we had just been notified had passed away. I worked in retail and I understand the frustration of people arriving just before close time, but I would still have the human decency if I was to see someone, who legitimately was on their hands and knees (check CCTV) begging for some understanding. Appalling."
"Had very bad experience here with some of the staff, this happened multiple times, one example for absolutely no reason I was mocked by an old short lady at the self checkout counter who clearly has something against people of ethnic background. I was minding my own business checking out and she came over to me and passed some really nasty sarcastic comments attempting to insult me and my intelligence. I just went along as didn’t want to escalate the situation, Totally unacceptable behaviour no one should be put through this experience at a supermarket of all places"
