"So today my mum went to this place and asked for two takeaways of number 21. It was around 3:00 p.m., and the girl behind the counter ended up charging $17 and giving her two trays of salad with fish. Just to clarify, she said fish and chip number 21 kindly ask the girl for the takeaway container, and she got an annoyed look on her face and gave my mother the dirtiest look ever, even though she was carrying a lot of bag, the girl still handed her the takeout without handing her a bag, so mum had to ask for one, while the girl gave her another irritated look and refused to re-make the order correctly. Simply terrible customer service, so we end up having to take some food we don't want and assume it didn't cost anywhere near $17 while also having to wait a long time for it to be prepared. Ps: there was this one piece of hair sticking onto the tomato"
"Seafood salad is only imitation crab meat and celery, not very good value for $7.90 small size. Asked if that's how they normally do it and was told yes. Should probably not be called a "seafood" salad then."
"Fish n Grille is the best take away shop in the Stocklands food court. I absolutely love this place. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. priced. I've had the grilled fish, mixed grill, and salmon - all meals have been wonderful. The salads are also tasty and customer service is always superb. Their food is a great healthy alternative and it is cooked fresh to order. Cannot recommend this place enough. I've been to awful fish n chips places right by the ocean and am astonished that we have such a great little fish n chips shop in Wetherill."
