"Their service is lovely. But if you have thick or curly hair, I wouldn't recommend. I asked for a thin out with a cut, but they can't thin well without using thinning scissors. And when they use thinning scissors, it's butchered. They cut my hair dry today (!!???) and I have super wavy hair, so I'm home now and it's all uneven. I went back 3 times on the service alone and asked for another hairdresser because they're super friendly and they did try to redo it but it's not worth it. Any hairdresser that uses or recommends thinning scissors is a huge no no. The colour is good though."
