"They were super friendly, they listened to what I wanted, what I wanted doesn’t look great on me (not their fault at all) because I mainly needed a haircut because it was so damaged from a previous hairdresser who left bleach on my hair far too long, so its very short but at least its more healthy, they were really supportive and eased my anxiety associated with getting my hair cut! Hoping it’ll get back to the length it was eventually, thank you so much for being so kind "

"N E V E R , ever would I return to Nikki again. I had been her customer for about one year.Each time I came ,I mostly waited for her patiently for up to 40 minutes at times even though I had of course booked for an appointment ahead. On one of my visits, an old Lady (with her carer) came (she apparently was early for her appointment) and had settled down straight on one of the Treatment chairs. Nikki had already started working on me but asked me whether I would mind if she could cut the woman's hair. She said it would not take much time and it would be very quick. I said ok. All in All everything took about 30 to 35 minutes. She knew this Lady over apparently for a fair few years. Nikki was soooo kind ,loving, spoiling towards that woman, I could not believe. I am not joking when I say that the treatment ended almost up in petting her face to remove access hair from her face and kind of hugging her. They went onto private things like her family ,cup of tea ,etc.. After that ,there was no THANK YOU for waiting all that time ,just nothing. That 's ok. with me, but when ever I had been to Nikki she almost always looked kind of bewildered at me as in she would not understand what I really had asked her for. There was never a little giggle, a kind of private conversation and I actually was always the one who kept the |talking up, on and off, otherwise the situation was sometimes "chillingly cold". After all these experiences I have collected over time,it made me think WHY?? I am now truly convinced that I was just not "Australian" for the owner and for Nikki. I do not have an Australian accent and maybe my appearance was also not suited to the environment of the salon?! After another 2 visits had an appointment the first time on a Saturday. Traffic was bad and I arrived out of breath (from carpark to salon) 15 to 20 minutes late. Three staff were on including the apprentice. There were 4 customers, 1 was treated by her colleague,1was waiting (already had the cape on) the other 2 were taken care of by Nikki. I explained myself and was very sorry for being late.Nikki said that there was nothing she could do for me today and I started questioning her how it could come to the situation to have on her side so many bookings around the same time etc. ,also that I had been waiting for her any given time in the past and never said anything. Nikki does not seem to know the word "SORRY" ,at least she has never used it on me. Do not go there if you are not born in Australia and do not speak Australian. Normal English won't be good enough.This is an expensive mistake you have made here. Words travel beyond borders."

"Amazing salon with friendly staff. Nikki has been amazing to my entire family. My son used to be scared of hair cuts but not with Nikki and he will only let her cut his hair. I'm very fussy with my cut and colour but Nikki nails it every time."
