"I arrived at 12.30 and the entrance and reception were empty. The cleaning guy said "Do you have a reservation? Well then sit to wait because reception is closed until 1.00"...I said "Ok thanks" and sat to wait, meanwhile I visualized some rubbish on a table, literally next to the bin that someone apparently left...ok. At 1pm they suddenly lifted up the curtain of the reception, and for that moment after the awful vibe I got from the precarious staff, I cancelled the reservation. Thank god I did. I don't recommend this place."

"Excellent place within easy reach of everything you might need. The rooms were great as the beds had curtains and a dedicated plugs and a reading light. I wish they labeled the lockers to a specific bed though as there can be confusion between guests as to which locker belongs to who. Some guests may even take more than one. Knocking a star of the rooms for that. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Diego and Michael for helping me when I lost my key and when I put coins in the dryer instead of the washing machine."

"One of the best hostels where I have been, maybe there was a bit of a lack of cleanliness, when I used to stay there, about two years ago. but the service is nice and definitely I have just very good memories with all the people I met there."

"Good choice of place to stay few days in Melbourne. Our room was a private one and we couldn’t complain. It was comfortable and clean and we had space! Good breakfast everyday! The staff is nice! Although sometimes the neighborhood place can be a bit noisy.."

"It's a huge hostel - one of the bigger ones I've stayed in! It has quite a few common areas for socializing, and in different levels (that's new for me), coin-operated washer/dryer, and a large kitchen. It's to be expected with so many bodies floating around, but cleanliness is slightly lacking. There are plenty of private bathrooms, so that's such a plus! The rooms themselves are somewhat small, but sufficient. Each bed has it's own secure locker, privacy curtain, wall outlet, and night light. Overall, a pleasant stay!"
