"Please avoid going to this place. I don’t understand how this place has a good rating. First of all, this place is not very hygienic. No hand washing or alcohol cleaning prior care. Share equipments without cleaning between customers (the machine finer and manual finer, nail clipper etc). Staff just wanted to speed things up. I said I wanted manicure. They seem like didn’t hear me then wanted to start painting my nails. The staff who was helping me went somewhere else before finishing. She asked me to make sure I put both hands in the machine again and just press 60s to get the LED light started again. After the job was done when I check it, there was a tiny hole of space missed and lifted edges. There was also a small hair coated underneath a layer. A different staff member came to remove the top coat then say is it ok, while the colour of the nail went darker than other nails. They seemed pretty impatience to fix the problem. When the lady who did my nail came back and confronted me said ‘I asked you to check before putting the nail polish on’. I replied my nails were full of powder looking particle after you use the machine finer on me, I was not able to see. Frankly I was not able to tell all these problems until I went to wash my hands. Maybe that’s the reason why they didn’t want people to wash their hand prior the job. This lady was so annoyed that didn’t even put cuticle oil on. Very very terrible service and staff. Do not recommend at all."

"Never going anywhere else! Amazing nail salon! I have gone for several months now and they never disappointed me. The staff are never welcoming and friendly. I always get cat eyes and they have supply new colours which is amazing!"

"Don’t recommend coming here! Terrible service. Came in and asked how long the wait will be they said 20 min, I came back 20 min later and still waited almost an hour to get started. Went in for acrylics infills and the next day my nails snapped as they were being stingey and made the layer way too thin. I’ve been getting acrylics & infills for a very long time and this has never happened specially right away. They said infills were $45 and I got a French tip design and got charged $80 for it? wasted $80 as I had to get my nails fixed again the next day!! Service & nails definitely do not match the name of the salon."

"The customer service is pretty decent however the quality is not up to expectations. The acrylic was very thick and uneven filing on the edges. The lady also missed many spots when painting on the polish. I felt bad since the lady looked like she was trying her best however it was just not the best."

"IF YOU DON'T WANNA WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND ENERGY, JUST DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE... staff are super rude, service is terrible and they take so long to do the nails. I went there last week and after wasting 2 hours of my time, I ended up leaving there with the girls fingers prints on my nail but I didn't complain about anything cause I was already sick of them wasting my time. After a few days I started seeing cracks all over the SNS on my nails and the top coat started fading away. And after a week the SNS started coming off my nails so I decided to go there and get them to do something about it. I went there and was tryna be nice but the lady was being super rude. I asked for a refund, but the lady ended up offering me a new set and I said fine, let's just get it fixed. As soon as she started on my nails, she started talking to the other lady in the language, laughing, bluh bluh, and from the way they where looking at me I realised that they're talking about me, so I asked her if there was anything wrong and she started screaming, giving me attitude and arguing with me, in front of other customers which was super unprofessional. I told her to stop arguing with me and just finish my nail cause my energy and time was already being wasted but she couldn't stop herself from mumbling. Anyway after more than 1 hour she was finally finished and I was about to leave but funny they asked me to pay another $10 for the two tips that she put on my broken nails, so here we go, another argument, and another waste of time, money, and energy... I should mention I did nothing heavy with my hands in past week and nothing like this never happened to my nails before. I ended up paying extra money, losing two of my nails, and thanks to them, they ruined my whole day and I had to leave there with a terrible mood! Spend your money and time in worthy places... and hope they can fix everything about this business cause THEIR SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE"
