"Bad experience. I asked just take off my previous acrilic nails. And I got this at the same salon. Anyway, it was so painful. I did it many times before, but I never felt this kind of pain. She told me, I have to choose one. "Leave acrilic" or "remove with pain". I kept asking why should I choose one. But she told me, "you don't understand." And she was like, " it's because my nails are too thin." No ways. It's your job. Come on. I really don't want to go here again."
"Overpriced for the quality of service provided. There seems to be a lot of new people working there, that need some more training. I had to come back two separate times to get my manicure fixed as the man who done it, didn't set the shellac properly and I could literally peel it off my nails. I just had a pedicure done and it definitely looked like the girl was new. The quality of my pedicure isn't good especially since it cost $50. I continually have bad experiences with the quality at this place, it's my fault for going back and hoping for a different outcome."
"I love my nails and the boss/receptionist (gentleman) was very polite and came around to offer some customer service and offering water which was lovely. Only reason I kept back 1 star is because for both mani and pedi they didn't even give or offer me cream to finish it off, I had to ask and do it myself which I found unacceptable if you're paying for it. Imagine getting a beautiful nail treatment and having dry dusty hands after?! My pedicure he didn't spend much time actually exfoliating, quite a lazy job I could've done that sort myself at home. I wouldn't get pedicure here again."
