"Never again!! They butchered my long nails SNS nails don’t look like they should. As soon as I washed my hand as instructed my nails and had had blotches if white all over. They talked among themselves and wouldn’t even explain to me what happened. So the used the machine again and again on my nails and now the the polish enamel is all cracked.( zoom in to see the cracks). They didn’t even have the nerve to discount the botched job they did and they knew I was unhappy! They even botched up my pedicure. Not sure how they’re still in business"

"Do not come here! Worst experience I have just had. First and last time coming here!! Had to explain so many times what I wanted done as well as telling over the phone. I previously gotten infections due to cross contamination at nail salons so I asked if I could not have nails filed cleaned or cut just a simple paint. She got mad and argumentative because I told her she didn’t do it correctly. She was willing to file and cross contaminate AGAIN with an infected toe nail. I should not have to tell them this. So I said I will be leaving and left. Most uncomfortable nail salon experience ever. No respect for their customers and their hygiene."

"After seeing some negative reviews l thought l would share my experience. I have been going there for 2 years and l have never had a problem, yes l have had to wait sometimes but the service and the end result have always been excellent, l am very fussy especially with the colour and Kelly and Anna went out of there way to make a colour for me which l was very pleased with. My daughter goes there as well and she is also very happy with her nails. I have no problem recommending them."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I had visited this salon years ago and had a very poor experience. I was desperate to get my nails done for an event and reluctantly went back last week as no other salons were open in the area. I figured they must have improved if they were still open. The service and quality of work were worse than I remember. The staff were super rude. I asked for an SNS manicure which I regularly get elsewhere. They humiliated me for asking for removal of my prior SNS before getting my nails painted. They told me to soak my hands and the acetone was so hot it was bubbling in the bowl. When I told them my skin was burning and showed them the chemical burn they told me it was my skin and not their problem. They then painted my nails and were rude the whole time. The salon was filthy, as were the brushes and towels they used. Four days later all my SNS has cracked and chipped off and I have to go to another salon to fix. Very poor quality and service. Avoid at all costs, even if it’s the only salon open. There is a sign in the salon that states everyone must pay for the services beforehand due to increase in customers refusing to pay once they’ve seen the quality. Let that speak for itself. I will not be returning."

"TERRIBLE PLACE!!! made me wait 30 minutes waited about ten minutes before they even started. They were doing multiple people at once. My friend got SNS done and it was patchy and there was powder still showing in the nail. I got acrylics and they. got the acrylic under my nail and stuck to my skin. This resulted in it stinging and hurting. The over all nails were patchy and not very nice."
