"I went in to fix a damaged nail. They took off my polish and decided they couldn’t fix my nail then charged me $50. I didn’t even get polish put back on. Don’t say you can do something when you can’t. As well, the customer next to me came in to get matching colour on her toes as she came in earlier for a mani. They didn’t check the colour and put on the wrong shade. Be professional. Check what you’re doing."
"The service was friendly and the salon is nice and peaceful but the quality of the work unfortunately was not great. The shellac was not applied properly and it ended up being dull on day 2. The manicure and pedicure were ok but application of varnish needs to improve"
"Really disappointed. She did a quick and messy job. She made me paid $10 extra because I didn’t do the previous sns at their salon. And after only a couple of days you can really see that the nails have different shapes and the finitions are terrible."
