"Average salon with poor service. Consistently over 30 minutes late for appointments. Very slow and often poor quality products used. Watched as OPI bottle was refilled with general polish. Constantly stopping service to answer phone. Will no longer be a customer here."
"Butchered my nails with a poor silac coverage, had to ask for them to be removed (first time having to ask this) then they did a poor job of removing and left patches of polish on. The owner proceeded to blame me. Tell me I'm being difficult because I'm a first time customer and that she wouldn't treat a returning customer like this. I told her I've been there before and she wouldn't believe me so I had to show her photos. She proceeded to blame me, so I just left after wasting an hour without recieving any apologies for the poor service. Do not recommend."

"I had my SNS nails done today and was charged $60 rude young girl with 3 earrings in her ear. She was so hostile and angry towards me that if I haven't started I would have walked out. Salons like this have too much competition to have br treating their customers badly. I will never visit this salon again and I will make sure that my daughter and her friends don't visit here again either. I would rather go to the local shopping centre that has a new salon where the owner is very friendly guy and his stuff all love their customers. Never again."
