"I’ve been here twice and my daughter got her nails done for the first time here also. Disappointed the first time round as they’re not friendly at all. They don’t bother client engagement and talk with you, they just talk their language loudly upon each other, albeit all having quite good English. First set I got the hailey Bieber nails and there was a heap of bubbles in the chrome. She tried to correct, but couldn’t and got stroppy with me though I never pointed it out to her. They also didn’t bother to do the sides of my nails, so the colour peeled up real quick! Second time (yesterday), I showed a photo and got nothing like that I had asked for. The lady doing my daughter was really rough and kept telling me to let her get a bright colour like yellow, though I kept saying she can’t have bright colours for school! There was a little girl that came in (one of their family I’m assuming and under 5) and they stopped working on my nails to paint this little girls hands.. I sat there and just completed my own nails and put cuticle oil on my nails and my daughters nails. They saw and watched and didn’t bother getting up to do the job they’re getting paid for. Only time the spoke nicely to you was when you’re bank transferring them money. I’m disappointed because I need a regular tech and just can’t find anyone around that is not rude, half does their job and speaks to you politely."

"So disappointed with the staff from Forever Boutique. I have persisted here for years, as they are local and convenient, however recently my daughter and I had quite a traumatic experience! The way my daughter was treated and spoken to was so unprofessional and inappropriate (in front of a full shop with other customers). Staff then speak their language between each other making the situation confusing and uncomfortable. My daughter was so humiliated and embarrassed, left in tears and when I returned to speak with Crystal, she continued to defend her actions. Would NOT recommend!"
