"I have tried a few nail salons around hornsby and I have found that this one is the best for me. I find it clean, the girls really nice and happy to do what you ask and do their best. I have been coming here for the last year and I don’t think I could go anywhere else. The times I have been to another salon, I find myself comparing them to Professnail."

"I don’t recommend this nail salon. I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt on a few occasions, however today will be the last day. It’s a very simple- no. I will no longer be going to this place. She hurt my finger, scraping at the skin saying it’s because my nails are short. My nails are now wonky and different shapes. Clear shellac not evenly painted. So disappointing. I thought getting your nails done was supposed to be a relaxing pampering experience. Something that I’ve never experienced at this salon."

"WORST NAIL SALON IN AUSTRALIA. DO NOT GO!!! My mother was visiting me from overseas so I thought I’d take her to the nearest nail salon to my place, little did I know, I should’ve done my research because this was the worst salon experience I’ve had in my entire life. They told me and my mom to wait for 10-15 minutes but ended up starting after half an hour. The girl that was doing my nails was extremely rude and disrespectful- she almost made my fingernails bleed with the way she was cutting my cuticles. She kept on being passive aggressive with me and pushed and shoved everything while I was trying my best to stay calm. She was laughing and speaking in her own language, and eavesdropped into me and my mother’s conversation, providing disrespectful remarks. My mum was sitting beside me for another 15 minutes while they went on to the next customer and just ignored the fact that my mother was waiting for 45 minutes. They went on to start my mother’s nails after a gruelling hour long wait without even asking her what she wanted. The end result was the worst bit, my cuticles are hard and crusty, I paid a premium price for something that could be better achieved at home. Never ever going there again, and I hope they learn that bad customer service is gonna result in them losing all their customers!"
