"My sister and I travelled today from Newcastle for a dental appointment and after we thought we would both get our nails done and I don’t know how there are negative reviews left for this place the two girls who did our nails where truely the nicest and friendliest nail techs and the other man working was so chatty and friendly. The girl who did my full set of long acrylics was so thorough and did them to perfection I love them so much I’m considering driving the hour and a half now for infills on them. Also the lady who did my sister nails was so kind she is really self conscious as she bites her nails and she was so sweet about it and explained so many of her clients do this to and showed her some oil to help. Truely have nothing negative to say thank you ❤️"

"Very poor customer service. I was the only client in the salon so it's not as if they were busy and no wonder when they treat their customers badly, the female technician was unfriendly, rude and very impatient from the onset. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her because she had to serve me. She only uttered a few words to me when she asked if i wanted my nails shorter. She would smack my hand into position and pull on my fingers if I wasn't holding them up properly. Then she had the audacity to tap rapidly on the nail drying unit when she wanted me to place my hand under the blue light. I found her behaviour very rude and made it a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place, there are so many other places to choose from and they do a better job."

"I normally go here Annie is amazing. Today I got a lady who was the most rudest person I have ever meet. She Called my dirty because I hadn’t had a chance to get my nails done in a few weeks and had paint on my hands from work. Her and her friends were laughing and you could tell she was talking about me, as the other ppl working there were coming over looking at my nails and laughing. it made me feel very self conscious. To top it off she was very rough my hands especially my nail beds feel bruised and around my nails are all cut up. I left in tears. On top of it the charged me $85 for a French tip. Never again"

"AVOID! They are dishonest, unprofessional and extremely rude, today my daughter and I done our nails there, they did a terrible job and actually non of us were happy, they charged $235 for the simple services that in their price-list valued at 160! I paid it because I didn't want our day get ruined but we never go back there and wonder how Westfild let such a unclean business stay there!"
