"I had to pay 180$ for a toe & finger nails infill. No pedicure or manicure, just simple French nails My co workers pays way less for a similar design & same length. I will definitely not go there again."

"I’ve tried all the nail salons in five dock and Krystal is by far the best. They have a huge range of nail colours and designs, competitive pricing, noticeable cleanliness, quick and efficient, and I never have to wait. My SNS nails have also lasted the longest here. Only comments I can agree with is that sometimes the girls can come off as slightly rude or impatient but at the end of the day, everything else I mentioned is more important for me."

"Update: The owner has asked me to take down my Google Review but I will not. I DID visit Krystal Nails, Five Dock. Krystal Nails DID give me an ingrown on purpose. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude, unprofessional staff. DO NOT GO HERE. They gave me an ingrown toenail on purpose. One toenail was cut purposefully at a bad angle. The staff are careless and rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a terrible place, do not go here. Rude, unprofessional staff."

"I am a regular person who gets their nails done every month or two and I have been doing so for the past 5 years and I have never found a place that I loved the service, quality of the nails or the prices presented. However, after going to Krystal Nails, I absolutely have found my place. The staff were incredibly nice and thoughtful and would continue a conversation with you and made sure you were comfortable with what was happening. The quality of the actual place was pristine and extremely clean. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. On top of all of this, the quality of the nails was absolutely amazing and I have never had anything that good before. I have been to various nail places but Kristal nails was the best by far. I will definitely be going back here and this will now be my regular nail place that I go to get my nails done. Thank you very much Krystal nails !!!!!"

"Had a wonderful experience at Krystal Nails! Firstly they were very accommodating to my last-minute changes in bookings even though they were very busy when I finally did manage to arrive. They didn’t make me feel bad at all for putting them under the pump as I needed to get my nails done for my birthday and was heading out right after. They still looked after me so well, were polite and got the job done right! The girls were so friendly and all of them wished me a happy birthday and gave me top level service. Here are my nails I think they look gorgeous. 100% will be coming back."
