Awful customer service and long wait , unfinished and unprofessional Waste of time and money,didn't even consider me before the lady who did my nails went a head and did it,not what I asked for and kept speaking in their language and annoying laughs Didn't even bother to clean my nails Just disappointed Would never go back again"

"I was quick to be sitted to have my manicure done, which I was glad for since I don't want to wait long. The technician did what I had asked for, and I was happy. I appreciate that she asked me if we could change the colour because the polish that I chose turned bad, instead of just going through it. Thanks! One of my concern is that when the technician was cuttingthe edges of my nails, she'd cut too close and now I have a few cuts around my nails which stings when they get wet. But other than that issue. I was pretty happy with my shellac red nails. Would maybe come back again."

"I had my nails done here by a lady named Lisa & she is wonderful she has also done my mum’s nails her attention to detail is like no other and the nails actually last the longest time! I got my nails done 1 day ago & it was horrible from the very get go as I have very dry skin I asked for a manicure which they ignored I then got a technician doing my nails and missed so many spots where acrylic powder should have gone from the beginning I knew something was not right and I had to keep mentioning the gaps that I could see and they were so so thick and disgusting I actually wanted to cry. Then I had enough I asked the technician to please remove my nails as I was not comfortable and so they switched the nail tech. The owner was trying to be comforting but I walked out of there with gaps in my nails and paint chipping!! Will never ever go back here or I will always call in advance to make sure the lady that I want is working if not NO Chance!"

"They kept changing the prices when I was clear what I wanted for myself, my sister and mum. Said that I was getting a discount but they overcharged because they changed their price again. They had no excuse. No one was in the store. The girl doing my nails was really aggressive and kept shoving my hands towards me instead of telling me to put my hands in the drying things. When I finished she didn't tell me to wash my hands but the ones that did my sister and mum did. Only went in because it wasn't busy and close to the exit while we waited for my brother. Also she kept filing my nails and now they're all crooked when I just asked for them to be filed straight with rounded edges. She did a bad job with painting my nails."

"i ask for my acrylics to be removed and the old lady that works there took no care or caution when she was removing them AT ALL! she was rushing, yanked everything off recklessly and she even ripped off my thumb nails and it has been irritating me all day (she did not apologise and just ignored the situation). The other worker left a foil and cotton for her to remove with alcohol however she ignored it and just started picking my nails with the tweezers. Also she did not even shape them properly. i have been to other places that uses this method to remove but this has been the worst place i have been too. Terrible skills, terrible service and not professional at all."
