"This checkout lady on self serve named Veronica at 6:10 pm today Monday, 21st of August of was extremely rude to customers needing her assistance. There was an error in their system that came up when I scanned my membership and the system required staff assistance. She then hesitantly came over and told me to “Get out of the way!!!” Not even an excuse me since I’ve just bought a lot of stuff that I had to balance on the side counter. I even heard her talking to an old lady with the same discourtesy and lack of manners. Spoke to a Chanalia who was very apologetic and even said that there were a few people mad at her because of this woman in the green beanie. The company needs to either train this woman or let her go since it’s giving Woolies a bad name."

"Every time I shop at Safeway I have to tell a staff member to clean my self check out as it's always dirty. I think they should spend time cleaning the check out instead of standing and watching me to see if I am going to steal. Wen they have cameras at the check out. They shouldn't be called the fresh food people when they are the dirty people. Very disappointing to deal with this every time I have to shop there."

"Nice layout of store however hard to get customer service. Had a lot of variety of products and was quite clean. Went midday and still busy but that is always chadstone so probably wont be back for a longtime as it is always so busy and packed I’d rather go to the city."

"Store itself is good. However, some items were not in stock may be due to high demand. Some of sale item price were not shown in display but discount price is up to date on check out. I think the parking might be a bit busy when you go after office timing because even @11 am there were only few spots for parking. Reduced one star because this is probably the only Woolworths where I have seen shopping trolleys needs coins to be put in to use."
