"We came here for the first time with the family. We were seated in a drafty spot near the middle of the restaurant as we had our grandaughter of 9 mths with us. The young waiter who heard me comment about the cold. Came back and showed us to another table, which was more comfortable. We have to say a big thank you to Helena, who was just amazing waiting on us. Prior to moving seats. It was busy when we got there being 8pm although our reservations were booked. Our drinks didn't take long to come. Once we did place our order, our food didnt take too long to come out, around 20 mins or so. The food wasn't too bad for the four of us. From pork ribs to lamb shanks to pasta. There is wheel chair and mum with prams access . The restaurant is in the shopping centre and easy to walk into once you park underneath. We spent $378.00 here although I have to say I've had better food elsewhere."

"I recently visited this Hurricanes Restaurant with my family, hoping for an enjoyable experience like I had at other Hurricane locations. However, I left feeling disappointed and let down. The major issue that overshadowed our visit was the excessive amount of dust present throughout the establishment. From the moment we sat down, it was apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The tables, chairs, and even the surrounding areas were covered in a layer of dust. It was not only unappealing but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. As someone who has previously had positive experiences at other Hurricane locations, this visit was a letdown. I expected the same level of quality and attention to detail, which unfortunately was lacking on this occasion. I believe that a clean and inviting environment is essential for an enjoyable dining experience. It not only affects the ambiance but also reflects the care and professionalism of the establishment. The presence of excessive dust at Hurricanes Restaurant took away from what could have been a memorable time with my family. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues promptly. As a loyal customer of Hurricane, I still have faith in the brand and hope that future visits will meet the expected standards of cleanliness and excellence."

"The Yummy Juicy Steak and Pork Ribs Combo was an absolute delight. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and succulent with mouthwatering juiciness. The pork ribs were packed with smoky flavours. The combination of both meats on a single plate was a carnivore's dream come true. The Garlic Herbs Bread was soft, warm, and infused with aromatic garlic and herbs. It provided a delightful crunch on the outside and a melt-in-your-mouth texture on the inside. The Lamb Shank was a standout dish. Slow-cooked to perfection, the meat was incredibly tender, practically falling apart with a gentle touch. The flavours were rich and robust."

"The food was okay. I ordered a half combo of ribs (beef and lamb)$60 and half steak and ribs combo (rump and beef ribs)$71 and chips $8 for the side. I used to love going to hurricanes they used to serve big servings and a lot of chips. I feel like this time was a bit different. The flavours were amazing. Just portions feel uneasy with me. I ordered a jug of pink Sangria $44 as well. The service was amazing they had a lot of patience with us, cause we took a long time to order the food. Sunday has a 10% surcharge, I would recommend going between Monday to Saturday."

"My partner and I came here with no expectations and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had so far. The restaurant/ atmosphere was gorgeous and the food was absolutely delicious! The best service we’ve had in a long time, we didn’t have to wait long for our food aswell as our drinks. We will definitely be dining here again.
