"They had 2 staff on Monday and neither one knew how to do a basic bob cut? We were told to come back next week when their trained staff member is back? Please train your staff in basic hair cuts. Especially when you clearly advertise walk ins. Luckily Just Cuts were more than capable!!! Definitely recommend Just Cuts they did a brilliant job!"
"I would like to give them zero stars but that’s not an option. I went with my 17 month old this morning and they butchered his hair. This was his third hair cut but first time here. I will never be going back. My son was very still yet it was way shorter then I had asked and the fridge was hacked at and all uneven. Not impressed at all. I should have gone back and requested a discount for their poor efforts."

"My daughter got her hair cut here. She is 11 and was nervous as she's on the spectrum. The man that did her hair made her feel comfortable and was very kind to her. She was very happy with the cut. She's into art so she very much enjoyed the style of the place. I also noticed how well the young woman working was cutting little children's hair and making them feel comfortable with the clippers. Very nice place."
