"Absolutely shocking. Paid $166 for an inch trim and to wash my hair. Showed multiple photos of the colour I would like in my hair, yes we can do that, chose the colours, talked through it throroughly and made sure we both knew exactly what I wanted and my hair comes out with no colour in it.
