"If I could give minus starts I would. I sat there for about 40 mins with SNS remover and foil. My skin is terrible as it was left on too long. flaking around my nails. I ended up removing the foil tips myself while I sat there. Finally had new Sns put on, looks horrid and thick."

"I came to this place yesterday because I wanted to get some nail polish. I was on a tight schedule, and I asked how long it would take. They said 20 minutes, and I said ok. I asked for just polish, but they kept saying manicure, so I just assumed it was their ‘minimum’ or something. They quoted me 25 dollars. The lady that did my nails was took 35 minutes, which wasn’t bad. But what was bad was that I paid 40 dollars for thinly painted gel polish. When I went up to pay, in a bit of a rush, she said 40, because I got shellac done. I didn’t ask for shellac, and it does not look like I got shellac done. The polish is already chipping and the cuticle cutting and nail painting is not worth 40 dollars. I will not be coming back here again, I’m very annoyed. Waste of money."

"I’m really surprised this salon doesn’t have higher ratings. I was a walk-in, seen to straight away and I was out of there with beautifully shiny, bright colored shellac nails in 25 minutes. Never had a turnaround time like that. Great job guys!"

"Worst service in town. Horrible cheats as well. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure today. I waited for an hour before they could start. When my pedicure was done, i told the lady that the nail color is not done properly and its not covering the sides. Her reply was that the issue is with the cuticles (which she had not clipped properly). Later we got to my hands, and that was even worse than my feet. An hour and a half of going through this torture to get horrendous looking nails. When I requested to leave and come back the next day to get it fixed, i was told that i have to pay in full. I said i wont do that until i'm satisfied. They then lied to me and said they'll give me a gift voucher so that i have certainty that they'll do the job. I agreed, to that and paid. The minute they had my money, they said they wont give a voucher either. I'm attching pictures of the service i got. Shellac is all bumpy and uneven and sides arent covered at all. Looks horrible. Save your time and money and NEVER go to this nail spa."

"I hate leaving a negative review.. However I have used this salon previously and didn't have a great experience. I Tried it again today after a few years and have left very disappointed. The lady who did my nails abruptly told me she had 20 years worth of experience, when I asked if she had done a certain style before. She had zero personality and customer service was really poor. My nails have been butchered and every second finger is cut. My nails were not buffed like they normally are with the electric file, leaving my nails bumpy and uneven. Rushed out the door with nails that weren't finished. My cuticles are rough and small bits of skin coming off everywhere. If I wasn't due to get back to my baby I would have said something to the manager at the time. Really won't be returning again and highly disappointed. The photos speak for them-self. Having 20 years experience is nothing in this industry if you cant get basic nails right or even file the sides so they aren't rough and uneven. Time to find a new profession. Lesson learned for cheating on my regular salon. Kind regards, time poor- working mum."
