"Would NOT recommend - appalling I booked Maddie 3 weeks ago to blow dry my 11 year olds hair just before her birthday party. I called to advise we were running late due to the conjecturing in the Chadstone. car park. I spoke to Maddie certainly can’t say she was friendly, by the time my daughter sat in the chair we were 7 minutes late for our 2.45pm appointment. At 3.10pm a hairdresser finally spoke to us, not who I had booked not Maddie who I had booked and who had taken the call. At 3.37pm they had not even began to wash her hair, I reminded them we needed to leave as close to 345pm as possible. The hairdresser kept going between her other client and my daughter, what was suppose to be a blow wave to give my daughter’s hair body and bounce for her Birthday party turned into washing and just drying off. The main focus being on the other client having her hair colored. I have my hair cut and colored (blonde) every 6 weeks, I was thinking of changing hairdressers but considering how dismissive you were, the staff could barely open their mouth to speak, didn’t provide hairdresser requested and then kept us there almost an hour to dry her hair for a total 18 minutes during that 18 minutes checked the other client 3 times that would be a big NO!! Oscar Oscar has certainly gone down hill, appalling service no wonder the salon was almost empty. If you are going to charge for a premium service of $90 to blow dry a child’s hair then provide the service. After all that her hair looked like it had been washed and left to dry naturally. Would NOT recommend"

"I waited for several days to write this review; so I will be fair and not overreacting. I visit the salon last week for highlights but the person who suppose to do my hair was very rude and unhelpful. He did not even say hello i am Daniel; how can i help you. He just refused to do my hair just by looking at me. I have a customer in this salon for years and never had such a bad exprenice before. I felt very humalited. This person should have some training in customer service,. My time got wasted, i will never come back."

"Will never attend this place again. Had a colouring session and ELISE who over-processed the bleach leaving my hair with a lot of breakage mid shaft - the hair just snapped right off both mid shaft and at the ends. When I showed her how my hair was breaking (I was smoothing my fingers over the hair) - she said rudely, THAT’S BECAUSE YOU’RE PULLING IT. Rest assured, dear reader, I was being very gentle as I could see my hair was already damaged. Enter Nathan, the salon director, who could see how upset I was and did everything he could by offering a super treatment, hair products and took off 50% of the price. I would have paid full price for a proper assessment of my hair in the first place to avoid all this damage."
