"This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in Sydney. I wish now I had read the reviews before going in there….I paid for a manicure for my daughter only for her to ring me to tell me that they had only painted her nails but didn’t do a full manicure. When I showed up I asked the lady why wasn’t she given the full service of the manicure….sorry sorry we do for you now. Not only did they not use clean tools…(which my daughter told me later) she was so rough with my daughter hands that she cut her skin quite badly around one of her nails making her bleed. I’m just hoping now she does get a bad infection of some sort from this service. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Avoid at all cost!!"

"Went to do acrylic and pedicure , the lady was so rude to me, she insisted me to pay 5$ extra when I asked her to do 2 colours.I was happy to pay extra but then she kept coming and saying “it’s extra “ every 5 minutes. I booked an appointment but then I waited 45 minutes to get served, still happy to wait but the service was worst, my nail polish is all over my cuticles, she didn’t cut my nails in same shape as other nails. She kept giving any eye to me and hardly pushed and banged my nails while doing it."

"This is the worst salon, dont go here, my nails are crooked and the sides arent painted. I was literally bleeding cause she kept filing MY SKIN! She also was on the phone THE WHOLE TIME and kept stopping to make and take calls! Disgusting service, expensive and not even good quality!"

"I visited this nail salon yesterday and i paid for a fullset with sns plus removal of my old set. I waited 25 minutes with my hands being soaked in acetone for someone to come and serve me. The lady who did my nails was rough and so unprofessional, she kept calling people whilst doing my nails. She stopped to talk about 3 times. She did a horrible job to my nails, not only is the sns colour missing on some nails but she filled my skin down on the sides of my fingers and she cut my the skin around my cuticle so bad its separated from my nail and wont stop bleeding. It has bled multiple times since yesterday and now im unable to wash dishes, and do day to day things even put my shoes on. The pain from both sores is unbelievable and not acceptable. I pay to get my nails done and to love the finished results not be hurt and to be left suffering from excruciating pain. I never write reviews but this i just had to because im so disgusted by the service i recieved. I will never be coming back to this nail salon ever again."
