"Second time going to sea nails and beauty. First time it was alright. Decided to try it again. Terrible service. Couldn’t understand what the lady was asking me, it sounded muffled because she was wearing a mask. I thought she was saying some of my nails are a bit short which I said yes but she was actually asking me if I wanted my nails short didn’t know that until she started clipping my nails. Then it gets worse I had chosen the colours and designed I wanted but she then said my nails are too short to do the design I wanted. Well they weren’t short before you cut them!! So I choose a metallic colour, she was stuffed up the thumb so I asked to do again. This place wasn’t clean at all, rubbish all on the ground. Dirty equipment. Staff members were just standing chatting and wearing air pods. Not professional. On my way home I noticed when the sun was shining on my nails the colour was blotchy in areas. Not happy with this place. I’ve been to few nail places in Narellan town centre they are all dodgy. I’ve written a review for pearl nails as well."

"would not recommend this place, I got a pedicure there and got a infection in my big toe from them cutting too deep, went back and told the place and they told me to go to the doctors instead of apologising, not going back"

"Got my nails removed here and the way they filed it with the machine hurt. I felt burning on my nails. After they were removed the lady filed so much of my nails down, it became very thin. The next day one of my nails ripped half way and it hurts so much. I have to put bandage on it everyday to make sure it doesn't get caught in something and rip more. So painful."

"So very unhappy, We would have spent over $700 there and we couldn’t get correct or prompt service. We booked in for a bridal party group. Manicures and pedicures, the workers separated all of us and let walk ins in and did them before half of our group. We had to explain the simplest of things to them and when we asked for them to fix things they said it was fine. My pedicure was done so thick, flooding my cuticle’s but also somehow see through in the middle of some of the nails. My nails were not the shape I asked for and even though we asked to be all the exact same we left with all completely different shapes as apparently no one knows what an almond looks like. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."

"This shop lost 3 stars as one of their technicians ruined my sister's nails. Not the one when it's a birthday gift. I was lucky that mine were reasonable. 2 out of 6 of us got reasonable service. Have paid less elsewhere for better service. Upside? Most of their staff have lovely customer service."
