"A lady waxed my face she accidentally got some wax in my hair. But, without talking to me firsthand, she started to cut my hair!!!! I was horrified!!! I was very angry with this woman!!! This was very offensive to do this. (I herd scissors ✂️ going through my as I was trying to relax expecting just a face wax she had no right to cut my hair without firstly asking me) I never went back again. …Obviously!!!"

"I have been coming here a long time, and they usually do a good job and are friendly, but I won’t be returning. After getting a pedicure I was asked if I could pay cash (which I didn’t have) and then told it would be a THREE DOLLAR card fee (10%!). I can understand a 1-2% fee to pass on bank fees to customers, but 10% is simply boxing the customer in to pay cash so the business can, I assume, evade tax on their sales. This kind of practice is not uncommon in nail salons, but I have never been quoted this much. It’s not the amount of money - it’s the principle - and doing this to customers is outrageous."
