"Tried this salon for the first time and i was quite disappointed, the staff were friendly because it was empty with few customers on a mon morning. But not even 3 days after getting my nails done, one of them chipped and flew somewhere when i was trying to open a box of bags gently at work. Very gently I didn’t even feel it but i saw it. I can see my nails through the polish… they’re very thin and uneven.They’re not even smooth or straight. They’re bumpy. And they don’t clean your actual nail very genuinely. I got an infill elsewhere for $10 just for 1 nail. Ridiculous. Didn’t even last a week. Wouldn’t come here again… disappointed"

"I have been to this place a few times because it’s local. They have made my fingers and toes bleed multiple times with cuts. When they see the damage they don’t care and keep on working. They also have bad service listening to customers. They made my french nails thick and they looked so ugly i had to go back on the same day to fix them. Highly don’t recommend going. I would rather drive half an hour somewhere that could do me better service."

"honestly regarding my last 3 visits where i done full set acrylic with pedicure, i have nothing bad to say about the store. i called in advance to book an appointment and was served as soon as i walked in, the nail technicians were very respectful and had smiles on their faces, they were a little busy considering it was a regular day although i received full treatment with no wrong doing. the pricing for their service was reasonable and on par with other businesses in the same industry. the equipment they used for the pedicures came straight from unopened sterile bags, the cleanliness and hygiene of the store is very good and the staff are great. i have yet to experience anything negative, will definitely be going back."
