Xiang Hair - Richmond

"Decided to get my hair cut for my 50th Birthday which is in a weeks time. When making the appointment I asked to book which a senior stylist which you pay more for but I was happy with that as I wanted to make sure my hair looked nice for my big birthday. When I got to the appointment, half was through having my hair cut, I got told my the stylist that she qualified the day before as a senior styles from an apprentice. I got my hair coloured which the stylists did an amazing job but the hair cut was really bad! It’s was longer at one side going around the back to the left side it got shorter and was not a good hair cut at all. I called the salon and explained the above which they told me to come in the next day so they can fix the problem. Another person cut my hair which they took pictures of it before cutting it to show the previous stylist of how bad my hair cut was. After having the second hair cut which has gone shorter than I wanted, it still is lob sided and I asked not to have it cut straight I would like it chipped into but it’s a straight cut. I am very disappointed with the cut of my hair as it looks ridiculous still! They should tell you that the senior has only just gone up to the senior level and give the customer an option to book with someone who is more experienced to avoid dissatisfaction and a hair cut that i am not happy with now. If am honest, I won’t go back for a hair but was happy with the colouring."

"Decent cut. But didn't like the blow wave at all. I requested Simmy to give me waves and told her that I needed it to last till tomorrow. It didn't last 2 hours. Very disappointed. Last time I had my Cut and finish done by Adrian and was very impressed at his skills. Unfortunately couldn't get an appointment with him so I booked with Lachlan. But he was away as well. Wish I had cancelled/rescheduled my appointment."
