"They do a good job, but the whole place is ridiculously overpriced. I could understand if I got foils which takes more precision and time, but I literally got a scalp bleach with a root smudge and they charged me $460… When I asked for a price breakdown I saw they charged me $30 for drying my hair. I purposely didn’t ask for a blow dry because my hair is fine and I feel it damages my hair, so I was SHOCKED when I saw this. I reminded them that my hair had only been dried off (which took all of 5 minutes), and not blown out, and they had the nerve to say ‘Well, unless you walked out with wet hair…?’ THIRTY DOLLARS for pointing the blow dryer at my head and finger combing through my hair until it was dry. Absolute scam… That’s literally apart of the service; Not letting clients walk out with wet hair… Not an extra expense for the client. Very off putting in my opinion."

"Literally the best hair dresser I have been to in my LIFE! I have had so many bad experiences with my hair over the years with different hair salons leaving my hair so damaged from too much bleach or incorrect extension application. I have had years of being dissatisfied and disappointed with my hair with horror stories from “blonde specialist” salons who destroyed the quality of my hair, leaving it brittle, dry & damaged. The second I stepped foot in the salon I felt at ease. Everyone was professional, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and the list honestly goes on! Dana went above and beyond to reassure me that she was going to help me get my quality of hair back. Her professionalism and knowledge felt second to none. "Excellent service from the experts at Alexia Mane. I was really nervous to have my hair coloured given previous experiences by hair stylists at other salons that had no idea what they were doing. Following consultation, my nerves changed to excitement. A few hours after, my hair is in the best condition its been in for in over a decade, the colour is perfect and the new extensions are seamless. A huge thank you to Dana and her team at Alexia Mane for making me feel comfortable throughout the process and perfecting my hair just in time for my 31st birthday.
