"I have previously visited this salon before and had a good experience. Today I went in and two new people were present. Went ahead with the haircut as they repeated back what I requested and thought we were at a mutual understanding. Twice throughout the cut I told the man that he’s cutting way too much of my hair off and the second time I asked him to stop which he carried on to say “I know what I’m doing, people always tell me to stop and then understand at the end with the result”. At this point, I was in tears as half my hair had been cut off. I will never recommend anyone going here as they did not listen to anything I had asked for. After visiting their Facebook page the company has been bought out by someone else."
