"When I went to this salon, I thought I would leave with a cool color and a stylish hairstyle, but those expectations were shattered, especially after 3 days following the dye job. My hair was dyed by two people, and only now I realize that the right side of my head's hair is a shade darker than the left side. The idea was that the roots would be darker than the ends, but in the end, the ends turned out darker than the roots. I asked a darker shade to cover my blond balayage, I ended up with almost a natural black with a hint of brown. "It's not a big deal," and the color will wash out in 2 weeks, but it's very unpleasant because this hair color doesn't suit me, and I'm waiting for this color to finally wash out. I had an appointment on Thursday at 10:30, Christina assisted my appointment. I had a hair done by Alejandra together with another assistant, I paid with my Kazakhstan card."

He without hesitation and trouble managed to make my hair look amazing within minutes and the final cuts just made me emotional. I felt like a really good friend of mine cut my hair and we hit it off within minutes, with his subtle humour and gentle laugh. He is an asset to your business and will put Biba on the map for people like me who don't always know about the premium salon experiences. I am actually excited to return in 6 weeks. Not because of my hair getting long but to catch up with the excellent team that operated like machine clockwork to provide THE most memorable haircut of my life.
