"I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with allergies. I asked for a sushi roll to be made up due to my son's allergies and the lady said all the rolls were fine. I ordered 2 different sushi and confirmed his allergies and she said it's fine. As he was eating it, I saw mayannoise in it and he had an allergic reaction. The lady was very rude and obviously doesn't care. It's a pity as I've been here before and the food and service have always been great but I won't be going back."
"Extremely poor customer service by an arrogant serving woman. The sushi had stale chicken so went to return the sushi however the lady pretended she didn’t understand what I was saying. She was talking loudly in her local language which was very very rude. Worst experience ever! Will not return ever."
"Had some sushi at the end of the day which is always a risk. It was really good to be honest. I had this with the beef don, it was amazing. I've had the beef don at many other places before but this by far was the best I've had. Have been to Ichi Ichi before and ordered some of the other dishes and they have also been great. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great for a quick lunch or takeaway order."
