"My partner got a pedicure here today - in and out in 15 minutes. Extremely rushed with no regard for quality or customer service. Set the electric file to such a high speed it was burning the toes immediately, did not clean cuticles well or even attempt to clean out the sides of big toes and continuously moved the LED before the timer had finished, ensuring they hit her feet with the light each time it was moved. The guy pick the wrong colour and make my nail so thick he didn't do it professionally I've wasted my time staying, I had other plan, but I didn't had a chance since I need to stay there for an extra time. "This is my second visit to Professional Nails at Narellan Town Centre. They are quite a friendly bunch of people who do your nails well. You can feel the ease in the environment. I live about half an hour away from Narellan Town Centre. It was worth the drive. I have been to many nail salon's but this one stands out for me. They take instructions very well. I do not have to worry if they will mess my nails. I can easily close my eyes and get a little shut eye to relax. Thanks to Vikky and her colleagues who always welcomed their clients with such a warm attitude. I will be back to try other services on their Menu. You can access their shop via the carpark too."
