"I came to the store the third time today and was serve buy a young lady who did not have great customer service. I asked for a paper bag to put my food in and she wanted 20c for it, I would understand if it’s 10c but 20c? Other sushi hubs do not charge you for a bag so not sure why she did it. What was even worse was finding hair in my sushi. Luckily I was looking whilst eating."
"Owners have changed. Not owned by japenese so the customer service has dropped drastically over the months. Very rude customer service. We ordered at 10.30am came at 10.25am and they made us wait for ten minutes because they thought it's more important to keep wrapping sushi and let your one and only customer wait. Snappy reply and rude attitude. Waited ten minutes pass the scheduled pick up time even when we are early and no other customers during that time. She said two minutes to finish wrapping her roll, but when she finished she kept working on the next rolls. Ignoring us. So if they don't want to serve customers might as well not take the order and eat it themselves. Disgusting and poor mannerism. It was a fantastic experience at the beginning of the year when my wife got me lots of big orders from the previous owners. My friends enjoyed the food on my birthday. But today the experience has left a sour taste and would come back."
