"Not a fan at all. Advertising at counter said ladies from $20...I was charged $40 without being told until end that it's actually $25...unless you want a wash (umm since when isn't that standard??). My hair is long, thick, and tangled, I'll tell the truth, but her fake nails scratched too hard and she literally pulled me around the salon by my hair instead of just telling me!! Twice... not "sit back a bit please" just pulled my hair to move me! So unprofessional I won't be back."
