Twice told me that there were other customers waiting, as if to make me feel unwelcome and that I was somehow in the wrong for simply requesting a standard haircut that took the standard amount of time. Sighed loudly throughout the appointment. Mentioned once it was time for her lunch. Basically made me feel as if I was taking up her precious time unfairly, for simply requesting a pretty simple buzz and trim. No layering, no extra styling. My hair is very straightforward. Agreed on a price before I sat down, then upped the price when finished. No justification for this. It was a simple buzz and trim. I'm sorry that you were having a bad day, but you work as a professional and deal with the public. You shouldn't take your personal problems out on completely polite customers. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other hairdressers in Mornington. No one deserves or needs the completely unwarranted attitude and contempt that I copped."
