"Purchased a Balayage for my fiancée who had dark brown hair, was quoted $350 for a colour strip , colour (balayage) and cut. after the 4 hour long wait she came out with what looked like exactly the same colour and cut. Could not see the colour change unless under extreme lighting, and was oblivious a few which looked like few highlights at most. No cut at all. I went back to ask for a partial refund as the job was not done correctly and pointed out other stores that are qualified to do a balayage charge $205. The reply was I followed the procedure with no apologies no customer service ethic whatsoever. I was also informed her hair was brushed with a brush which broke her hair at the ends rather than using a wide tooth comb. I do suggest you avoid this business and search elsewhere online."

"The haircuts I got took 2 minutes, i only for a trim maybe 2 cm. It look the lady 2 minutes to do and mind you she didn’t cut my front pieces! When I saw the price I nearly feel of my chair! $45 for a 2 minute job not even done properly. Definitely not going there again and would not recommend."

"Terrible experience. Do not go there. Yes I know it’s budget but you would expect the hairdresser to care about your hair somewhat and actually listen. Cut my hair 95% with clippers in 3 minutes and cut it far too short without asking. He couldn’t wait to get me finishing so he could go home. I shouldn’t have paid but did. Never going near the place again."
