"I have memory issues and so I signed up for notifications for upcoming scripts. My first notification never came through as they had issues with their system. No phone call or anything to apologize for the error. They only told me in passing when I came by to pick it up. The next time I received it and confirmed I would like to pick it up. I had gone to the pharmacist after receiving the "ready now" alert - they said there was another issue with the system. I was there for over 30 minutes trying to resolve this - where they were limited by the "legalities" of handing the script over. Despite having my last filled box, with their logo, and my name on it. I ended up leaving the store and they had the audacity to let me know after 10pm that the script was ready to pick up. I had just gotten home and I wouldn't have time to get back there. I will be pulling my scripts from them, and moving to another place who can show a bit more compassion for those who need it. I suggest if you want to be treated with kindness, that you do the same."

"Horrible service, was discriminated against in a dire situation when I had forgot my script and they even had it on my file but REFUSED to try anything to help and continued to deny any sort of options they could offer. I would NEVER recommend this chemist for it's service and hope the employees responsible are reprimanded for this disgusting behaviour."

"I asked for name brand specifically notes no generic brands, was given generic and promised it would be the same. I now find out the generic brand literally causes symptoms to return in most people and is absolute trash and I’m stuck with a month supply of it. The lady who took my script was really rude I was just asking questions as I wasn’t unsure how e-script repeats work and she just seemed annoyed. The shop side is nice but the pharmacy side was horrible."
