"We had Bought a grill seafood plater and 10pcs fried Ebi to pick up at 4.30pm for our party at 5pm, as we had requested to change the tempura prawn to prawn katsu early, but what we didn’t aspected that the cheese on top and the tobiko was missing too, they don’t even put the spicy souce on it, the katsu looks so soggy, and the 10pcs of fried ebi are not fresh, even the sauce had been separate, the ebi are so soft and not crispy, it ruined our party, we are so disappointed."
"I was disappointed with the quality and service. I ordered sushi here on 9/03/23 around 1:30pm. The salmon dragon was filled with cheap ingredients. I’ve had this at other sushi places and so much better. I didn’t like the cream cheese layer and mostly filled with the processed fake crab meat. It was a very small individual piece for the price compared to other places. I tried the vegetable tempura and although this was better than the salmon dragon, I’ve had much better. The prawn sushi roll was ok but a very small piece of avocado added, I could barely see it. When I paid for my order, the woman serving me just walked off with no acknowledgment and I didn’t know if she had finished packing my sushi as I had to reach over to get it. Could have been handed over or placed near me with at least a thank you. I sat in there to eat and there was rubbish next to me which I understand they were busy but as I was eating, a staff member seem to rudely grab the rubbish next to me as if I’d done something wrong. I would not eat here again. I hope the staff are trained in customer service and use better quality ingredients if they wish to do better against competitors and have happy returning customers."
