"My first experience was absolutely great with Catherine, I then went back a second time to get my T zone done… I was shocked to find out that T zone ( at this salon) was around the hairline and where I part my hair… I only realise when the colour was washed off and only a small part of my hair had the colour and the rest of my T zone was grey… I was not asked where I part my hair as sometimes it’s a side part and sometimes a middle parting… the salon informed me a T zone doesn’t not include the full top of the head, only where I part my hair ($103) I’ve never experienced this in all my years of getting my hair coloured….. I had to cancel taking my mother to a specialist appointment and it was my only day off however needed my hair to be fixed… to say I was disappointed is an understatement… I thought I’d get some compensation for my inconvenience and not to mention lost $50 on an appointment with my skin doctor as I had to do a last minute cancellation… at the end of this, they were sorry but still charged full price… Sadly they has lost my business …"
"The staff here appear friendly and helpful but really they’re arrogant and disrespectful. Not only did they not listen to what I asked, cutting my fringe much shorted than I wanted because they ‘know better’, they also laughed about my hairstyle to each other in front of me. When I provided feedback, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it, because my hair was too short on the sides. I ended up leaving with a $400 bill (ridiculously overpriced for what I got), a hairstyle nothing like the picture I showed, and even a patchy dye job, that was white with yellow streaks when I asked for blonde. Glad to know I won’t be going back here."
