To ensure the health and wellbeing of all our guests, we require proof of vaccination for both cats and dogs. It is mandatory for all animals to be vaccinated before their stay with us.

Our recently refurbished dog boarding kennels are purpose-built for comfort, security, and privacy. No matter their breed or size, our kennels can accommodate all dogs. They are fully climate-controlled with floor heating and air conditioning, providing optimal comfort year-round. Each kennel is equipped with clean and comfortable bedding and plenty of toys to keep your pet entertained.

For outdoor exercise, each kennel has access to a spacious grassed exercise area, sheltered by shade sails. These yards are shared between two kennels, allowing your pet to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.

Our award-winning Kitty Condo cat boarding accommodation is designed with safety, security, and comfort in mind. Whether your cat is active or prefers a more relaxed environment, they will feel right at home in our five-level deluxe Condo suites. The separate toilet areas, clean bedding, and abundance of toys and scratching areas ensure your feline friend is happy and stimulated while feeling safe and secure. Solid walls separate neighboring cats, providing a sense of security and maintaining a high level of hygiene.

We provide comfortable hammock beds and blankets for all our guests. If your pet requires medication or a special diet, please inform us before their stay. We kindly request that all medications are clearly labeled with dosage instructions and placed in daily dose containers.

Early arrivals are encouraged, preferably no later than 12.00 PM, to allow your pooch ample time to settle in before bedtime. We also offer on-site grooming services by appointment only, and any dog staying with us for more than five days receives a complimentary bath at the end of their stay.

Our dogs sleep indoors in heated kennels, with floor heating in winter and evaporative cooling in summer. Each morning at 8 am, we serve breakfast before opening the back doors of the kennels into the partially sheltered exercise yards. Dogs with compatible temperaments may share exercise yards, while others have their own private yards. We ensure that dogs sharing yards are of similar size and temperament. Weather permitting, these doors remain open until 5 pm, allowing the dogs to freely go indoors and outdoors. At 5 pm, we bring the dogs inside and provide dinner for those who are fed twice a day.

For stays longer than five days, we offer a complimentary warm hydro bath for your dog, ensuring they are clean and ready for their return home. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that your pet is clean and free of falling hair before boarding with us.
