"do not go to this place for ANY services especially piercings the staff are so unbelievably rude they wont acknowledge you until you come in and when asked if the piercing would look good both staff looked at each other and laughed and said thats not for me to answer. Basically implying that it would look bad on me all my friends there agreed that this was absolutely shocking. Honestly if i could give this place 0 stars i would so unprofessional. Then when informing me about the piercing i wanted she was very blunt and rude about how she was a health professional and interrupted me. After they told me i had to leave and eat something to get my piercing it was almost as if they wanted me gone. So disappointing to see such disgusting service. Staff just talk and laugh to each other and you literally have to go up to them and ask them for what you want. Dont come here unless you want to be treated like absolute trash."

Every question I asked her she replied back with confidence & great advice. I ended up purchasing a whole new hair care range by her considering I only walked in there for shampoo. "Terrible customer service! Had a bad experience in this store today. When we walked into the store, there were no customer at all, in the store and three staffs were busy chatting. Even when they saw us, they barely acknowledged us. I had walked in for my daughter’s ear piercing, but was told the piercer left early as she was sick. Ok we get that, but the staff seemed to be irritated to answer even the simplest questions. Zero customer service skills, and we could clearly see from their faces how much they resented us for interrupting their discussion. Would not recommend this place at all."
