"I visited Han’s Sushi Bar in Cranbourne West for lunch and I was very impressed by the quality and variety of their sushi. The sushi rolls were fresh and tasty. They also had small choice of hot food on offer like teriyaki chicken, curry chicken and salmon teriyaki. Unfortunately they do not provide the chilli powder which normally found in other Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes."
"Came here to pick up lunch, definitely would recommend. Nice choice of variety, will definitely visit again."
"I've never ordered sushi from here before but needed a quick lunch so ordered the cooked tuna and cucumber and teriyaki chicken. I used to think California rolls just tasted the same everywhere you go but I didn't enjoy it at all and had to force myself to finish it. There was too much teriyaki sauce which wasn't very nice. Just tasted like a cheap bottled sauce and had a weird texture. And the mayonnaise in the tuna roll also tasted odd and wasn't enjoyable. Also would have been good to see a bit more choice. May try here again but was disappointed."
"I used to buy sushi from here at least two to three times a week, food was usually amazing and the customer service was great, up until my last order. I ordered the food from Menulog and in one of the platters a sushi roll had hair wrapped in it, so I called Menulog and they gave me my refund and then told me if there was anything I would like to say I should contact the restaurant. So as I was told I contacted them and they asked me to send them a photo of “evidence”, so I did so and they asked me to come to the store to speak to their owner. I went into the store when I had the time and spoke to the owner. As I was explaining what happened to the owner she started laughing in my face and saying that they need the sushi roll so they can see it for themselves, I explained to her that it was impossible for me to bring the sushi back that day as it was chewed up and spat it out and that is absolutely disgusting for me to carry around. The lady then proceeded to call me a liar and starting saying that the hair was mine or my sisters. I asked her politely to stop laughing at me and treat me with respect and as soon as i said that she walked away and started laughing again. This was completely embarrassing for me and my sister as there were many people staring at us as if we did something wrong."
