About the Business
Welcome to Noble Park Animal Hospital, a trusted establishment and point of interest for veterinary care in Australia. Located at 1169 Heatherton Road in Noble Park, our hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care for your beloved pets.
Under the leadership of Dr. Kieron Nandkumar, who took over the practice in May 2000 as a partner in an ownership team, we have continued our client and patient-focused philosophy. We take pride in taking the time to listen to our clients and thoroughly examine their pets before working together on a solution or care plan.
Many of our clients have been with us for years, sharing the journey of multiple pet ownerships. We also regularly welcome new clients, often recommended by their family and friends. Our reputation for compassionate and gentle care has earned us rave reviews from our clients, such as "Hands down the best vet I've ever met" and "Compassionate gentle staff, just what you need when your best friend is hurt or in pain."
In addition to our dedicated team of veterinarians, we collaborate with specialist veterinarians in the area to provide referral services for pets with complex illnesses or injuries that require specialized treatment.
Dr. Kieron Nandkumar graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1992 and has worked in both welfare and private practice. His clinical interests include internal medicine, clinical pathology, and soft tissue surgery.
Joining Dr. Nandkumar is Dr. David, who graduated from the University of Sydney and has been a part-time member of our team for over a decade. He has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and enjoys both the clinical aspect of veterinary work and interacting with clients.
Heading our nursing team is Justine, who has been with us since 2012. She is our Head Nurse and Practice Manager, known for her no-nonsense, efficient, and knowledgeable approach. Justine's much-loved Whippet, Tigger, accompanies her to work every day and considers himself part of our team.
Glynis, who joined our practice in 2012, quickly became an indispensable member of our team. She is highly competent in both clinical practice and office administration and is known for her friendly and polite demeanor. Glynis has a menagerie of pets, including cats, guinea pigs, and Mick the Staffy, whom she adopted after he was brought to our practice as a stray.
Fiona, who has been with us since 2002, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She is a great communicator, always making time for our clients and relating to them in a personable way. Fiona owns two dogs and enjoys spending time with her family at the beach.
Sarah, a former full-time member of our team from 2005 to 2008, is known for her effervescent and efficient nature. She is always ready to lend a hand and goes above and beyond to help. Outside of work, Sarah keeps busy with her young daughter and two cats, both of whom she adopted from our hospital.

"Great team. Dr Kieran does a fantastic job with our girl. We drive 45 minutes to this practice because of the quality of care"
"Great vet. Dr. David was excellent and was very informative and actually suggested that i do nothing with my dog and save money as there was no issue with her teeth other than a little crowding, which we will monitor as she gets older. I went in there ready to have teeth removed and would have paid to have someone removed. It's refreshing to see a vet that cares about animals, not money."
"As a family of Louky our adorable dog ,we are announcing that our Louky,he passed away yesterday, without anyhelp from Dr Keeran, just only telephone to tell us to make a chicken soup. After that call in a half hour the condition became very critical with vomet , shaking the dog paralysis and short breath. We make 2 phone calls to his clinic and he’s secretary keep telling us that he’s gonna be there until 7pm and not even a tiny time to see the dog. No matter how hard we tried to persuade the secretary to tell again to Keeran to give us at least one more call , went to the rubbish bin after one hour my beloved dog Louky he didn’t make he passed away only 5 years old . As a doctor of pet at least he could try to do something for us as years clients and we are only 4 mins drive from the clinic. We are very sad and at the same time angry and disappointed from the clinic !!!!!"
"Dr Kieran and whoever was working at the reception desk yesterday afternoon 8th June are absolutely appalling and negligent. Absolutely no customer service or compassion towards stressed and upset families. My family’s friends dog Louky has had stomach problems for years, which they believed was being taken care of by Dr Kieran. He ignored their wishes for a blood test and ultrasound, and one visit at a new clinic was enough to find the problem. The family was begging the receptionist for an appointment to take a look at Louky as he was in critical condition. He was vomiting, had diarrhoea and was paralysed and that was not enough for her to tell Dr Kieran to take a look at the dog. She said that he was “fully booked” as if she has forgotten about prioritised care. She was completely dismissing their concerns and it seemed like she was doing so because the family cannot speak fluent english. She told the family that she would message them the contact details for an after-hours vet and never did, and when the family called back in desperation to have their dog looked at she was completely useless. Shame on you, you have absolutely no customer service skills or sympathy. As for Dr Kieran, if you were a good vet you would’ve done everything possible in that moment and the year that Louky was in your care to find what was wrong with his digestive system. Giving a dying animal antibiotics and telling them to feed the dog chicken soup is not good enough. If you are not willing to do the best you can to make sure that every patient of yours is looked after you need to find a new profession. I am disgusted and angry in your service and a family has now been broken forever thanks to your negligence."
"Another great health check up for our dog, very thorough and given s clean bill of health. Super kind and gentle and extremely caring. Wonderful staff who genuinely care for your pets, highly recommend."
