"Fix your god dam hours so they line up with the plaza. Why are you closed at 5.30pm on a Wednesday in a plaza that stays open? It says your open until 9pm which is clearly not correct. Fix it because customers work and rely on your hours being correct.i am so angry."
"Today the 23 jun 2022, at 1720hrs, the pharmacist refused to provide me my prescribed eye drop saying the prescription isn't right and the Dr didn't write the prescription properly and tried to contact my doctor and can't reach her. As am travelling so I need this medication urgently, With the same prescription I went next closest chemist warehouse and the eye drop was dispensed to me without any issue. When I checked my old prescription it is similarly written words by words to this one and the medication was dispensed to me from chemist warehouse in Bundoora. I had few more issues with the pharmacists at this place in the past and from today issue, I don't think that I will deal with them anymore. I have pull up all my prescriptions from them today. Being a Health professional myself, I believe that the pharmacists at this place are uncompetent and unsafe to be working as she can't understand a simple medication prescription. I had repeated similar issues with pharmacists at this place before and won't recommend dealing with such quality of unsafe pharmacists. On top of that the staffs here are arrogant and unprofessional to deal with. I am out of here fot good."
"The item was half price and I was charged full price. I was requested to go back to the shelf and took a photo and then was referred to a "store manager". This young guy act like I'm wasting his time. He tried to refund the difference back to my bank account but I'm sure he didn't know what he doing. Until today I receive nothing in my account. The money is not much, but they should train the "manager" how to proceed the transaction and customer service."
